For long-time couples, it’s a great way to mix things up and try something new. For couples just starting out, you get the chance to get to know each other better through an engaging and interactive task. Either way, it’s the type of date that brings couples closer together. And it doesn’t matter whether you’re a seasoned home chef or you rarely cook your own meals. Chef instructors walk you through everything step-by-step, so you end up with an amazing meal to enjoy together.

"Grazing" Board Guests will have the option to select items from the main charcuterie grazing table to bring back to their station to build a grazing board of their own.

Marinated "Flank" Steak with a bourbon apple Dijon glaze, creamy "Barley" risotto with spinach and fresh garlic green beans and julienned "Carrots"
Dessert:
Carrot Cake "Cubes" no bake carrot cake bites

The night will begin with the cooking class and make our way into dining and enjoying the live music and entertainment. 360 photobooth, a horse carriage and a beautiful golden palomino horse for photos are all available for documenting memories.
